Getting Started¶

Setup takes 2 minutes. Areto doesn't ask for your email, phone, or payment details — authentication goes through your Telegram account.

1. Find the bot in Telegram¶

Open a chat with the bot and send /start. It will greet you and offer an "Open Areto" button.

2. Choose your language and name¶

Language: Russian or English. Your name is pulled from Telegram — you can keep it or change it.

3. Set a reminder time (optional)¶

Choose when Areto sends you a daily reflection reminder. Options: 21:00 / 22:00 / 23:00, or set your own. You can also disable reminders entirely.

4. Start a conversation¶

Open the Mini App and tap the central stone "Talk". Areto greets you, shows today's date and place, and offers three ways in: vent, work it through, or dig deeper. Tap any of them — or just start writing about anything.

In the evening, a separate "Day Review" entry appears — a structured reflection on your day.
